What’s the Holiday HQ?

	 Holiday HQ is the ultimate destination for children looking for an unforgettable break from the school routine. From exciting outdoor escapades to creative workshops, cooking classes and interactive learning sessions – our expert programme team provide a dynamic blend of engaging activities and enriching experiences.

	 Starting from the October Mid-Term 2024, our holiday programmes will now be called Holiday HQ. Each holiday season focuses on a different theme, with a range of exciting activities happening each day! From arts and crafts, to sports and STEM – we’ve made sure no two days are the same and that there’s something for everyone!

	 We also ensure that every child’s holiday is not just entertaining but an opportunity for growth. Helping them to build new friendships, explore their interests, and return to school with unforgettable memories. We’re the experts in fun!

	 Join us for a journey to imagination and beyond this October Half Term. Whether you're testing your sports skills, making your own invention, or being a superhero, every day is an adventure waiting to happen. 	 At Holiday HQ, every programme is packed with exciting activities to keep the kids entertained and engaged. From take-home creations to exciting special events, we offer a range of fun experiences tailored to spark imagination and creativity.

MAKE & TAKE

	 Craft your own unique creation and take it home as a Holliday HQ souvenir! Whether it's arts and crafts, DIY science experiments, or even designing your own t-shirt, every creation is a special Holiday HQ keepsake

DAILY THEMES

	 Dive into a new adventure every day with our exciting daily themed activities! Each school holiday features a special overarching theme, introducing something new daily, with two hero activities that children will love. Our daily plan is packed with a mix of fun, including both planned activities and children's own ideas, ensuring every day is a chance to create unforgettable memories.

Special Event

	 Experience special performances, games, or activities delivered right to your club by expert facilitators. From epic dance parties and sports clinics to hands-on cooking fun, every day is a new adventure.

How to book your child in 1, 2, 3!

Already Registered?

	 If your child is already registered for our Holiday Programmes, there's no need to register them again. Simply contact your local Sherpa Kids with your preferred dates, and our friendly team will promptly confirm availability and complete the booking for you. It's that easy!

National Childcare Scheme

	 We accept the NCS across all our programmes, including the Holiday HQ. Starting from September, each child is entitled to a minimum of €2.14 per hour, providing additional affordability options for our programmes. We highly encourage parents to apply for the National Childcare Scheme (NCS) after receiving their booking confirmation.

1. Fill out our online registration for by providing your child's details and selecting the service you're interested.

2. Once we receive your online registration from, we'll send you a Booking Form which collects detailed information of your child and booking preferences. Simply fill out and return by email to us.

3. Once we receive your registration and booking forms, we will verify our availability and confirm your booking via email.
