Online registration & booking process
Registering for our Sherpa Kids programmes is simple and hassle-free. If you're new to Sherpa Kids and want to register your child, you'll need to start by providing basic information through our registration software, Eccesoft.
This initial step ensures we have your child's first essential details, followed by a booking form, which requires more detailed information about your child.

Fill out our online enquiry form, by providing your child's details and selecting the service you're interested in via Eccesoft:https://app.eccesoftware.com/externalEnquiries.aspx?BranchID=NTM5NQ%3d%3d
Once we receive your online registration from, we'll send you a Booking Form which collects detailed information of your child and booking preferences. Simply fill out and return by email to us.
Once we receive your complete forms, we will verify our availability and confirm your booking via email.

What happens next?
Once your child is registered with Sherpa Kids and you have sent back the booking form, you will receive a confirmation email of booking to confirm the requested days and times for your child space permitting.
We proudly support the National Childcare Scheme (NCS), providing all families with access to high-quality childcare at an affordable price in our Before School, After School, and Holiday Programmes. Each child will be entitled to receive a minimum of €2.14 per hour from September 2024 deducted from their childcare bill.

Yes, all School Age Childcare services are required to register with Tusla as they are our regulator and inspector. We also inspect our own services at least once a year to make sure that our own stringent standards are being adhered to.
Send us an email using the address at the top of your programme's page. Include your name, your Sherpa Kids account number, and the dates you'd like to book. Our friendly team will handle the rest! You'll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. We look forward to welcoming your child soon! Please note: Parents must re-register their children every year by April.
