Parent support - we’re here to help.

Sherpa Kids already supports over 10,000 families across the Ireland, so we’ve put together some helpful resources right here for your convenience. If you can't find exactly what you’re looking for, our ‘contact us’ page will connect you with our customer experience team, where someone will be happy to help.

Registering your child's place
New school year places become available around April, and we welcome both new and returning families to book at the same time. We prioritise spaces based on need, starting with full-time bookings for 5 or 4 days a week. Our mission is to provide quality, affordable childcare to those who need it most, such as families in full-time education or employment. After these initial placements, we open up spots for 4 days, 3 days, and so on, all on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our professionally trained staff are ready to welcome your child and immerse them in our exciting world of fun new opportunities. But it’s hugely important that you also feel supported by us from the word go, so we’ve collated a wealth of information to help you get started, from making your first booking to everything you can expect on your first day at one of our programmes.

Already registered with us? Booking additional sessions is easy!
Simply send us an email using the email address at the top of your school's programme page. Include your name, your Sherpa Kids account number, and the dates you'd like to book. Our friendly team will handle the rest! You'll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. We look forward to welcoming your child soon! Please note: Parents must re-register their children every year by April.

Supporting Families with NCS Applications
We proudly support the National Childcare Scheme (NCS), providing all families with access to high-quality childcare at an affordable price in our Before School, After School, and Holiday Programmes. Each child will be entitled to receive a minimum of €2.14 per hour from September 2024 deducted from their childcare bill.
